Where is the Random Generator in Notebook 17?

It's not.   It is gone as of Version 17.   Additional flash items will probably not work as well.  😒   The reason for this is that Adobe stopped supporting flash.  

We can collectively try to do something about this, though!    If you used the random generator often, or have other flash activities from the older version of Notebook that you used on a regular basis, you can submit a feature request to Smarttech.  If they hear from enough end users that there is a feature no longer supported in Notebook 17, they may work to find an alternative for us!  Yay!!😀

Here's how to do the feature request.

1. Open Notebook 17
2. Click on the help button at the top of the page.
3. Click on Submit Feature Request 
4. Input detailed information.
5. Tell all your friends to do the same!!
